PLAYER REGISTRATION FOR 2011-12 PROGRAM YEAR: Beginning Sunday, April 24, 2011, Participants Can Register for the 2011-12 Program Year. If a participant registered on-line during or prior to the 2010-11 Program Year, to be eligible for a 2011-12 roster, the participant's parent/guardian must re-enter the system using the participant's User Name and Password and in Step 1 enter the participant's 2011-12 grade, update any other changed information (e.g., e-mail address, home address, or phone number), and access and accept the Spectator Behavior Standards.

At the end of the initial/update registration process, be sure to access, print, sign, and date the Summary Information Form and submit the form and any applicable registration fees to your Parish/School Athletic Association per its instructions.

ANNUAL ADULT LEADER/COACH INFORMATION UPDATE FOR THE 2011-12 PROGRAM YEAR: On or after Sunday, April 24, 2011, any Adult Leader/Coach needing to access the on-line system for administrative purposes or be listed on an on-line roster as a Coach/Assistant Coach during the 2011-12 Program Year must access the on-line system using his/her User Name and Password, update any changed information (e.g., e-mail address, home address, or phone number), and access, review, and accept the Adult Leader/Coach Code of Ethics. Failure to re-enter the system and accept the Adult Leader/Coach Code of Ethics will preclude an Adult Leader/Coach from performing administrative functions or being listed on a roster during the 2011-12 Program Year.

Please keep your participant User Name and Password in a safe place. The User Name and Password will remain unchanged throughout your child's CYO eligibility or your service as an Adult Leader/Coach.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INDIVIDUAL ON-LINE REGISTRATION ACCOUNTS FOR EACH CHILD/ADULT LEADER: Each Child/Adult Leader must have his/her own individual account and that account must be accessed using his/her unique User Name and Password. Inputting the information for one Child/Adult Leader into the account assigned to another Child/Adult Leader has the effect of overwriting the information for the Child/Adult Leader to whom the account was initially assigned, effectively removing him/her from the system.
